Leaving behind Vodafone and Airtel in BB Tariff war BSNL revised their Blackberry billing plans for pre-paid as well as for post-paid customers (unlike other vendors). The new Blackberry plan of Rs 399 allows you unlimited browsing, 10-pop3/imap email accounts, and Instant messenger services but you can not download Apps on your mobile.
There are different ways to get the apps on your mobile through this plan also like using some alternate browser.
Tata DoCoMo and Aircel launched their blackberry offerings in India. While Tata is on the footsteps of all other operators and two unlimited plans one for e-mails and other with data, Aircel launched some ridiculous plans ranging from 499 to 2500.

Jumping on Airtel’s and Vodafone’s path Reliance Communications has launched India specific blackberry plan “E-lite 299″. In this plan users will get unlimited emails + messenger data service while they are limited to any browsing or third party applications.
