Say it aint so! We first saw the BlackBerry 10 Milan Slider concept phone in a render earlier this month. I have heard so many conflicting reports about this device that it does not amaze me that Lucas @N4BB heard that it has been cancelled. Who knows what the true story but we have been…

Like several other Incipio cases, the Silicrylic case comes with both an inner silicone layer and an outer hard shell. The inner silicone layer is very pliable and yet sturdy at the same time. When added with the outer shell, your device will have protection all over with easily accessible cutouts for all ports as well as the camera and flash. The Silicrylic case features a hard plastic back that’s smooth and feels great in hand. The inner silicone layer adds some bulk to your devices buttons and makes them even easier to use. Getting the phone out of the case isn’t difficult, which is a good thing if you are like myself and own a BlackBerry Charging Pod. The problem comes into play when trying to get the case back on the device. As shown in the video, the outer hard shell is such a tight fit that the inner silicone layer tends to get bunched up in certain spots and you’ll have to lift the outer shell to maneuver the inner layer around to get that perfect fit.
The Incipio Silicrylic Dual Protection case for the BlackBerry Bold 9900/30 is available for $27.95 at ShopCrackBerry.com.

According to a report in the Financial Times, Research in Motion’s board is preparing to oust co-chairs Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie due to intense pressure from shareholders who watched RIM’s stock price drop over 75% in 2011. Independent director Barbara Stymiest is rumored to be the front runner to replace Lazaridis and Balsillie who will remain [...]
Local Porsche Design stores have begun decorating for the upcoming release of the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9981. The intended date isn’t 100% set, I think, but the Porsche Design stores have said one day in the last week of February 2012. The
The Financial Post is reporting that the RIM board may soon be looking to replace co-CEOs Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie as chairman. According to the report, RIM is facing constant pressure from the shareholders and is looking to replace the current co-chairman roles with Barbara Stymiest, an independent director who joined RIM’s board back in 2007. A committee of independent directors have been examining the structure of RIM’s board, and while Lazaridis and Balsille would remain co-CEOs, a single chairman would take their place on the board of directors.
What are your thoughts? Would this be a good move for RIM? Sound off in the comments!
The pictures say it all, Twitter for BlackBerry definitely came out on top in my search of Twitter for BlackBerry vs HootSuite. I don’t mean to say that
Research in Motion, via Shop BlackBerry, is running a new BlackBerry PlayBook promotion, though, I am not quite sure it makes a lot of sense. Through Feb. 4th, the 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB models all cost $299. Needless to say, those interested in getting a new PlayBook should only buy the 64 GB [...]
It’s only January 3rd, so hopefully your New Year’s Resolutions are still going strong. Yet we’ve all been there before, so we all know what will come later. Eventually most people veer off their paths and find themselves in the exact same places they were in 2011, and 2010, and 2009, and on and on. It takes an incredible amount of willpower and effort to break old routines and habits, and it takes even more to create new ones. Thankfully, technology can help here. Your BlackBerry can play a role in keeping your 2012 resolutions.
You have to love how these sort of things play out. We told you before the holiday weekend that Verizon was planning on charging a $2 fee per payment for one time online and phone payments unless you had autopay setup. I just want to listen to a recording from the board room that though…
